These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 92bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account on 92bat at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 92bat will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false personal details is a breach of these Terms.

• Verification: 92bat reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Documentation requests must be fulfilled before funds are released.
• Fees: 92bat does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 92bat's control and are borne by the user.
• Declined transactions: 92bat is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor. Contact your provider if a transaction fails to process.

92bat offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of bonus offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer page.
• One bonus per household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus balance is active, placing single bets exceeding the maximum bet limit stated in the bonus terms may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically without replacement.

All bets placed on 92bat — including pre-match, live in-play, and accumulator wagers on cricket, football, tennis, and other sports markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is considered accepted and binding only once a confirmation message is displayed on screen and reflected in your account transaction history. 92bat is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event that odds change between selection and confirmation, 92bat's system will apply the odds at the time of confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92bat and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.

92bat's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92bat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

92bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or multi-accounting behaviour.
• Your own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon voluntary account closure by the user, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the original payment method used for deposits, subject to successful completion of all applicable verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
